Primary Care 

Primary eye care refers to general eye exams, contact lens services, and eyeglass sales.

A comprehensive eye exam begins with a thorough history, then vision is assessed.

Not only do our optometrists determine eyeglass prescriptions; they perform a complete medical work-up to determine the eye health of each individual.

Testing may include:  binocular vision evaluation (eye coordination and focusing),   glaucoma screening, biomicroscopy (assessment of anterior eye structures) and dilated fundus exams (assessment of posterior structures).

Our doctors may initiate medical treatment, further testing, and/or therapy when indicated. If surgery is required, we will refer patients to the appropriate specialist.

We fit all types of contact lenses including: disposables, torics, and bifocals. Although soft lenses have become very popular, our doctors also prescribe rigid gas permeable when it is the best option.
